Yes. Managed subdomains are designed for BYOK teams. The subdomain is bound to a specific supported email-provider account that your team has connected.
Can I use a domain I already own instead?
Yes. EmailFunnel AI also supports custom sending domains. Choose that route when you want every From address to use your company’s own domain and you can edit its DNS records.
Is a managed subdomain available on every plan?
