How plans, feature limits, lifetime deals, and upgrades work in EmailFunnelAI.

How plans work

Your plan sets what your team can access — contact limits, sending domains, BYOK, AI generation, and more. You can start free and upgrade as your program grows.

Feature limits

Each plan carries limits such as the number of contacts and sending domains. When you approach a limit, the platform tells you and points to the upgrade that raises it. Some features (like BYOK) are unlocked entirely by plan tier rather than by a numeric cap.

Upgrading and downgrading

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Choose a plan and confirm.
  3. New limits and features apply immediately on upgrade.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, and any usage above the new plan’s limits is flagged so you can adjust before it applies.

Lifetime deals (LTD)

If you purchased a lifetime deal, your access is tied to your deal rather than a recurring subscription. LTD accounts unlock the features included in the deal permanently — no monthly billing. Everything you are entitled to applies automatically, whether you are on a subscription or a lifetime deal.

Billing questions

  • Invoices and receipts are available in the Billing area.
  • Changing payment method is done under Billing settings.
  • Refunds or deal issues — reach out through the Help center and support will sort it out.
